A video shared online shows a Frontier Airlines plane made a "hard landing" while in flames at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on Saturday (October 5).

Flight 1326, which departed from San Diego, was "in the process of landing" when smoke was reported in the cockpit and pilots declared a state of emergency, Frontier, the airport and the Federal Aviation Administration confirmed in statements to CNN. The aircraft “experienced a hard landing where basically tires blew,” Harry Reid International Airport officials said.

Flames were spotted underneath the plane and a trail of smoke was present after it landed in a video shared by KTNV that was captured by X user @TylerHerrick.

"The aircraft landed safely and all passengers and crew were evacuated via airstairs. No injuries were reported, and passengers have been bussed to the terminal. There were a total of 190 passengers and 7 crew members on board," Frontier said in a statement to KTNV.

A ground stop was in effect at Harry Reid International Airport until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday (October 6). The National Transportation Safety Board confirmed it would also investigate the incident in a post shared on its X account.

"NTSB investigating the Oct. 5 emergency landing of Frontier Airlines Flight 1326, A321 near Las Vegas, Nevada," the agency wrote.
